Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival – Nairobi Wilson Airport

When you land at Nairobi Wilson Airport today, your safari journey officially begins. You will be greeted and driven to your camp. You might be able to go on your first game drive in Nairobi National Park, depending on when you arrive. There are 100 mammal species in the reserve, including cheetahs, buffalo, giraffes, lions, leopards, baboons, zebras, and wildebeest. Sightings of rhinos are assured. Additionally, there’s a chance to witness more than 500 endemic and migratory bird species. Following an exhilarating safari, you’ll head back to camp for drinks and tell stories over the campfire before dining beneath the big African starry sky before retiring to your comfortable tent bed.

Day 2 – 3: Flight to Amboseli National Park

You say goodbye to Nairobi this morning and head back to Wilson Airport in preparation for your early morning trip to Amboseli. You will be greeted and taken to your tent upon arrival. Following lunch, which is a lavish affair, you will retire to your accommodation and go on an afternoon game drive. For species travelling through Amboseli National Park, the Selenkay Conservancy, located to the north, is a crucial dispersing region. Caracals, African wild cats, serval cats, genet cats, honey badgers, and striped hyenas are among the uncommon creatures that are regularly spotted in the conservancy. The following day is devoted to planned wildlife drives across the Amboseli National Park and the Selenkay Conservancy. The Selenkay Conservancy’s nocturnal creatures can be found during nighttime game drives.

Day 4 – 5: Ol Pejeta Conservancy – Rhino & Chimpanzee Sanctuary

Once you’ve walked to a nearby Masai community with the Maasai warriors, enjoy a hearty breakfast before packing up your luggage and driving to Amboseli Airport to catch your aircraft to Nanyuki Airstrip. After arriving, you’ll make the road transfer to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, where you’ll set up camp. In the late afternoon, you will embark on your first evening wildlife drive in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy in an open-sided 4×4 vehicle. Shared game drives during the day and night, guided walks, sundowners, a visit to Baraka, the Black Rhino & Information Centre, and a visit to the Chimpanzee Sanctuary are all planned for the next day.

Day: 6 – 7: Masai Mara Safari Adventure

You say goodbye to Porini Rhino Camp this morning and make your way by car to the Nanyuki Airstrip in preparation for your planned flight to Masai Mara. You will make a road trip to the exclusive Olare Motorogi Conservancy upon arrival. This afternoon, you go on a night game drive inside the Conservancy with the goal of seeing the Mara big cats and other nocturnal animals. The following day is devoted to morning and nighttime game drives across the pristine wilderness of the private reserve and the Masai Mara National Reserve. The best place to watch this show if you are going during the months of the mammal migration is Porini Lion Camp. Additionally, you will have the chance to take guided bush walks designed to stimulate your senses. If you’re feeling very daring, you might even want to try an exciting hot air balloon safari.

Day 8: Departure

Following a last game drive and a filling breakfast, you will pack up your things and board your flight back to Nairobi Wilson Airport, saying goodbye to Kenya. You will make connections with your subsequent trip plans here.
